  • Account information. When you sign up we use Microsoft Azure AD B2C to authenticate you. We receive an account identifier and the email address you sign in with.
  • Content you provide. Images you upload, prompts you enter for AI generation, slideshow configurations, and device names.
  • Device information. A device identifier and per-device API key used so your e-paper display can fetch content. Devices may report basic status (e.g. last sync time).
  • Usage and technical data. Standard server logs such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested, used to operate and secure the Service.

How We Use Your Information

  • To authenticate you and provide the Service.
  • To process, convert, and store images for display on your e-paper devices.
  • To generate images with AI when you request it.
  • To deliver content to your registered devices and keep your account secure.
  • To respond to support requests and feedback you send us.

  • Microsoft Azure — hosting, authentication (Azure AD B2C), storage, and messaging.
  • AI image providers (such as OpenAI, Replicate, and Google) — to generate images from the prompts you submit.
